Goals, Values, Vision
My future farming plans are to rent out my house or turn it into a B&B.
Then I would have the freedom to move onto a secondary property with more grazing and pasture crop management for winter feeding self-sustaining options. In turn, this would give me the ability to increase my highland production as well as the endangered species breeding programs for Mangdalista, Mulefoot, Meishan and Kune Kune.

Farming Plans and Practices
Farming Method
Organic Practices
I use a blend of permaculture and produce practices. I have sunchokes and perennial grass pasture as well as an artisan well to create pasture sustainability. In turn gives me the time to move onto a second farm to develop my operations further. I produce 140 piglets twice a year as well as run a neglected farm animal rescue and a highland cow breeding operation.
