Jackson Gorland

I am a lifelong Michigander interested in growing trees like chestnuts, hazelnuts, oaks, walnuts, pawpaws, and more in a nursery and orchard setting. I have a Master's in Forestry from Michigan State and have been interested in agroforestry, perennial crops and organically grown/chemical-free food for a long time. I have detailed business plans written for multiple crops and land use types. I am especially interested in converting land once used for intensive, annual, commodity crops into agroforestry systems.
