At Maybe One Day Farms, we are committed to 100% organic and regenerative farming practices—even within a controlled indoor environment. We prioritize sustainability by focusing on low water consumption, closed-loop systems, and biologically feasible substrate reuse. While reusing substrate can be challenging due to nutrient depletion and contamination risks, we implement strategies to upcycle spent substrate whenever possible—composting it or incorporating it into soil-building practices to regenerate natural systems.
By combining regenerative principles with precise indoor cultivation techniques, we strive to produce high-quality, nutritious mushrooms in a way that minimizes waste, supports microbial biodiversity, and models a cleaner, smarter future for sustainable farming.
