Simon and Caitlin have been operating Cedar Field Farm in Belleville, MI since 2024. We grow vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, and flowers using low-till and organic methods to support a 50-person (and growing) CSA and handful of chef clients. We love farming and running the business together and are looking for additional opportunities to expand production, diversify offerings and agri-experiences, secure land access, and help others. Goals, Values, Vision

Our goal is to make eating seasonal, local food more EASIER.  After a successful first year operating a small diversified vegetable farm together we are excited to expand the business and reach even more people seeking out healthy, local, farm fresh food.

We are operating under a lease agreement looking for more permanent land access.  We want to put our roots down and start incorporating more permaculture and polyculture.  Our vision for the farm is to support a large CSA base, key chefs/restaurant partners, and host educational and experiential events on-site to help people learn about where food comes from and re-connect with lost culture.
