Vision for the Farm
We are only in the nascent stage of thinking through a succession plan. Ultimately, we want to be sure our farmland is preserved. But someone to work through our ideas with would be very helpful.
At this time, we could offer mentoring and experience to someone who would like to work in a partnership.
