We bought a house on ten acres. It is divided by the Flint River with a bridge over the river. We do not use the land on the other side of the river. Instead of it just sitting vacant we’d like to rent it out.

I’m not sure of the exact acreage. There is river and road access. The property has wooded areas around the perimeter.

Right now it is just sitting. We do have a path around the perimeter mowed. The previous owners had horses here. There is electrical fencing around a portion however I do not know if everything is there or it’s condition. There is an ibc tote I’m assuming they used it for the horses. There is also a small structure but will need a new tarp. There are hoses and electrical cords over there too but we have not looked into if they’re hooked up but are willing to figure that out.
