Open Acreage in Romulus

Flat workable land that has been fallow for 3 or 4 years. Many Prior crops of sod, soybeans, corn were successful. I'm busy working a smaller plot and don't have time or energy to work the larger parcels (available tracts are highlighted with Green border in the arial photo). Willing to lease any individually or all 3 at once. Rear of the property is higher ground, very sandy. Long narrow parceI is too shaded for most crops. Have soil sample info and other USDA reports about the topography.  Preference will be given to farmers with active conservation practices to reduce spraying and tillage.
