We purchased this property with 41 acres that was previously used for hay production. Last use was 5 years ago on one pasture and 10 years ago on the other. According to local sources not verified. We are interested in having someone put the property back into hay or other production for their own profit. Will consider all options for discussion. Not interested in selling but willing to discuss first two years of free use if the individual will plow and reseed. Low lease rate after this. Not looking to make a fortune here, just to keep the land active and productive.
