I’m 42, married, and a father of three boys ages 18, 16, and 7. We raise steers for 4-H and keep chickens. I work full time as an Equipment Manager at a large Michigan dairy, and my older sons work for local cash crop farms. I grew up on my family’s 1,400-acre farm, which was sold before I was old enough to continue farming, and I’m eager to return to that way of life.

We would love to find some farm ground to start raising some row crops and start a small farming operation and see where we could take it from there. Closer to home would be a huge plus and any ground couple acres to 30 or 40 acres we could take on but we want to stay small.
