Goals, Values, Vision
Family man with 1 and half year old daughter and another daughter on the way.
My main focus in Life is Family, Healthy Food and Happiness.
I'm super passionate about organic gardening and is where I truly found my passion in life almost 15 years ago.
Majority of my 9-5 work life experience has been in agriculture since knowing/finding the love for it.
Back before being such a family man have slept in a tent at the garden cause putting in so many hours chasing my dream to pull a big harvest and get my own property in the end, when doing previous lease agreements.
I've always seen a light at the end of the tunnel and purpose behind my vision with wanting to provide a above and beyond quality product for no extra cost ( being affordable ) for everyone
I've continuously learned along my organic gardening journey with different opportunities and hurdles to overcome.
Now after so many years of chasing garden myths or so called special recipes and next best products. I feel I know what techniques really work and make a difference for crop quality and cost effectiveness.
My current goal is learning/doing sustainable regenerative gardening with Korean natural farming techniques like extracting fertilizer from dandelion flower heads and collecting indigenous microorganisms with sterile rice.
There's a glossary/list of techniques and when doing that way hardly any cost involved if have access to the plant material and animal waste.
Low cost is still secondary to the quality of the product in my opinion.
Never cutting any corners and keeping a high standard I believe is what really sells along with advertisement like ads and social media to show all the extra work you are putting in behind the scenes and the life style you live to do it.
I also have experience with irrigation while working at several other 5 acre operations with upto couple thousand plants.
I like the chaos of large numbers and streamlining a system to have a super busy efficient daily and weekly routine with sanitizing constantly along with fertilizer schedules and pest management.
My long term dream is taking all this experience to a point of having my own successful small farm.
I've always thought of a way of growing that would actually be considered Vegan just like how organic has its own section in stores but where you only grow with plant extract fertilizers and in coco/peatmoss non soil medium literally using no byproduct of an animal through the whole process and bringing that to market.
I really do Live and Breath this and just need the right opportunity.
Maybe someone else on here feels similar and we can link up and talk about possibly partnering.
Super appreciate everyone's time.
Have a good day.

Certified Organic, Organic Practices
Multiple ideas for organic and vegan gardening depending on the crop and wether indoor or outdoor growing.
"Outdoor gardening"
Plans right now are to do No Til style with cover crops also only fertilizing with animal and plant waste sourced locally.
I want to deep dive into Korean natural farming and jadam this spring going to possible classes that are available for learning / identifying local plants while foraging and learning what to do with them like fermenting for fertilizer and pest control
Eventually want to take all my experience further til growing a small farm only using these types of sustainable techniques.
Possibly bringing real vegan no animal byproduct grown line of vegetables to market.
"INDOOR GARDENING"
mostly been thinking just using indoor for seed starting and getting transplants ready.
Possibly working towards running greenhouse indoor crops year around with beds and/or hydroponic towers.
