I am looking for a homestead (at least 2 bedrooms) with stables, paddocks for horses, preferably a working/training arena. I am looking at diversity farming, cattle (Dexter breed as they serve a dual purpose (milk and meat) regenerative grazing, sheep, vegetables, organic farming, and farm to table. The idea is self-sustainable farming, which also generates income. Property fencing should be intact. It may possibly require more land as the venture grows, but this can be discussed accordingly, taking into account availability. If the property has 1 or 2 worker cottages or a bunkhouse, that would be a plus. Not interested in a dilapidated property. All structures and homes should be in good condition.
