Goals, Values, Vision
I’m looking to build real, practical experience in farming by working within an active operation and learning how the whole system runs through the seasons. My background is in botany and indoor agriculture, so I’m comfortable with plant care, propagation, and paying attention to plant health, and I’m interested in expanding that into outdoor production and day-to-day farm work.
I’m someone who shows up, works steadily, and is willing to learn how things are done. I’m not looking for a short-term or hobby experience — I’m hoping to be involved long-term, contribute useful labor, and learn from someone who’s been doing this for years.
I’m comfortable with physical work and have experience working with animals as well as plants. I value taking care of land and keeping an operation productive and running smoothly.

I’m comfortable working within a range of production systems depending on the goals and practices of the farm. My background in plant science and controlled-environment growing has emphasized plant health, soil/media management, and integrated approaches to crop care. I’m interested in practical, effective methods that support productivity and long-term soil and plant health.
