The property will dedicate 500 acres to a permanent ecological preserve and 500 acres to a self-sustaining farm featuring a biodiverse orchard garden and an integrated crop-livestock rotation that rests every seventh year.
To serve as a vibrant community hub, the estate will feature an event barn for gatherings and workshops, alongside a Pick-Your-Own (U-Pick) operation and a curated farm store. This retail space will champion local craftsmanship by selling our own homemade items and a curated selection of products from regional artisans and farmers, deeply connecting the community to local food and sustainable land stewardship.
