Goals, Values, Vision

After years running a one-woman animal rescue in California, I’m looking to create something deeper: a sanctuary that integrates regenerative farming, animal care, and community-rooted healing. My vision includes cultivating purpose-driven crops that feed both animals and humans, host workshops, and co-creating a space where people reconnect with eachother, the land,  themselves, and with forgotten ways of knowing.

My background includes social media storytelling with a combined audience of over 600,000. It’s allowed me to fundraise, educate, and build community but also left me burnt out within the animal rescue world (compassion fatigue can sure wreck a nervous system). The nonstop urgency of rescue work takes its toll. This next chapter is about creating something sustainable: physically, emotionally, and energetically.

I’m seeking a land partner and mentor—someone open to merging wisdom (old and new), compassion, and creativity.

with beauty, bounty, and balance,

Diane & The FART Crew
