I have decades of experience growing produce, mushrooms, and raising small livestock (chickens and rabbits). I am most skilled at intensive raised bed gardening and pasture centric livestock rearing.
My primary goal over the next three years is to entirely supply the egg and produce needs of the tall ship I cook for, but by year 3 I would like to offer low cost csa shares to income challenged families.

I am a huge proponent of large scale raised bed gardening and pasture based poultry rearing. I only use organic soil amendments and targeted watering since creating viable topsoil, pasture conservation and water conservation are cornerstones of my farming practices.
