My family and I want to own a farm someday soon, however, we are still searching for just the right fit. In the meantime, we would like a bigger garden. We live in a community where we have to have permission for each garden area we put in, right now we have 4 raised beds and several containers. We also have a tiny indoor green house to start plants in that we actually have peppers and beans growing in over the winter. We are looking to possibly lease just an acre for the summer, or possibly 2 summers while we search for a bigger plot of land of our own. If you know of anyone who would be willing to do this, please pass on our info to them.
Last summer we grew an abundance of tomatoes and peppers, plus beans and radishes, carrots, potatoes and zucchini. We enjoyed having the garden, finally, and now we want to plant much more. If we have excess veggies, we would sell some at our local farmer's market.
