My long-term goal is to transition from corporate America into farming full time. I'm looking for an opportunity to learn from an experienced farmer and eventually take on greater responsibility within an established operation. My background in operations, leadership, production and problem-solving gives me a strong business foundation. I'm open to mentorship, partnership, lease-to-own or farm succession opportunities and hope to build a sustainable farm my family can continue for generations.
