Getting serious about growing wholesale herbs and vegetables for local independently owned stores and markets through greenhouse production. I have a passion for Asian cooking (even though I'm Dutch) and growing ingredients such as Keffir Lime plants/trees, Thai peppers, Thai Basil, Lemongrass, Galangal, and I'm also very interested in growing Shiitake Mushrooms as well. I'm the hardest worker you'll ever meet and am determined to succeed. I'm at the beginning of this long sought after dream of mine and ready to dive in!

Over time, I hope to expand production, establish reliable wholesale partnerships, and contribute to a stronger local food system.
