Planting diversified crops that help meet the needs of the surrounding area families. With long term goals of packaging food that is almost meal ready in a way that is less processed and can be stored for long term. Utilizing practices like freeze drying dehydrating canning and organic farming processes to have more healthy foods available that are more convenient for the end user and reduce the need for inputs such as commercial fertilizer, herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers.
Also would like to add line of seasonal beverages made from ingredients from the farm fermented and sparkling waters.
