Goals, Values, Vision
For Red and me, the dream of farming grew out of a shared love for simple, honest living and the peace that comes from working with the earth. We both find so much meaning in being outside — in the quiet moments of tending to plants, watching things grow, and seeing how much life the land gives back when it’s cared for. What started as a small idea — a garden, a few plants, a wish for more connection — has turned into a deeper calling to create a small, sustainable farm that reflects who we are and what we value most: community, care, and respect for the land.
Our vision is to build something that feels alive and welcoming — a place where people can gather, learn, and reconnect with the simple joy of growing food. We hope to start with vegetables, herbs, and flowers, and over time, create a space that supports not only us but others too.
We’re both eager learners who believe in showing up, working hard, and treating every moment on the farm as a chance to grow — not just as farmers, but as people. We know there’s so much to learn, and that’s why finding a mentor means so much to us. We’re looking for someone willing to share their wisdom, their land, and a little piece of their journey so we can begin ours with heart and humility.
Our hope is that one day, our farm becomes a space that brings people together — a place where younger generations can dig their hands in the soil, breathe a little deeper, and feel that same sense of peace and purpose that farming will ultimately give us.
