Single, self-sufficient, and rebuilding stronger than ever. I’m looking for a small rural property with a livable home and a few acres—ideally with some water. My kids and I dream of putting down roots, growing a little, and living simply. I’m open to different paths to ownership, like lease-to-own or partnership with the right landowner.

Goals, Values, Vision
My vision is to create a small, peaceful homestead where my kids and I can live simply, work hard, and grow together. I hope to build a place that blends family, nature, and purpose — a home that feels alive and cared for. My goal is to grow a mix of fruits, vegetables, and flowers, and to raise a few animals while focusing on sustainable, hands-on living. I want to teach my children the value of gratitude, responsibility, and respect for the land.
I previously lived on a farm for about six months, where we raised chickens, ducks, and a pig, maintained a large garden down the mountainside, and cared for a big greenhouse. That experience deepened my love for farm life — the rhythm of early mornings, the satisfaction of hard work, and the peace that comes from watching things grow. Since then, whenever I’ve had outdoor space, I’ve always kept a garden. Growing and nurturing things has been a steady source of grounding and joy for me.
I’m not looking to run a large-scale operation but rather to build a sustainable, family-centered homestead that provides stability and meaning. I’m self-sufficient, resourceful, and determined — not afraid to learn or put in the work it takes to build something lasting. My kids and I are ready to settle somewhere stable where we can invest our time, energy, and hearts for the long term.
I hope to connect with someone who values stewardship and wants to see their property continue to be loved and productive. Whether through mentorship, a gradual purchase, or another creative path, I’m open to opportunities that make sense for both sides. My dream is to build a small, thriving home where love, growth, and honest work meet the peace of country life.
I cant hardly wait to begin meeting some of you all and the very least beginning to assimilate with the farming community locally!

Sustainable / Regenerative / Low-Input:
I plan to focus on sustainable, small-scale homesteading methods — combining careful soil management, composting, and low-impact practices while raising a few animals and growing a diverse garden.
