At 45 and 50 my husband and I have come to a point in our lives of really understanding the importance of everything we do say and eat, having honed in on and weeded out almost all store-bought food. We’ve gone to pure organic and local farm meat diets. We have the desire to produce ourselves a Homestead with animals, gardens, trees, and take care of the Earth as it takes care of us.
