Hi! I'm Ryan, a coach and software engineer, and my wife Hala, who is a 2020 Olympian and training for LA2028, are looking to start a homestead as our forever-home near Milford, Ann Arbor, or basically where within 40 minutes of Novi which is where she trains. We're looking for a farmer who wants helpful neighbors and friends, and is willing to sell us about 10-20 acres over time to make our dream possible.

Goals, Values, Vision

We've been intensively growing on our half-acre property in South Carolina for about 5 years and are looking to take things up a notch! We currently grow about 40 fruit trees, chickens, and annual vegetables.

Hala is moving to Michigan to train, and so we're looking for a home (or a place to build one) and about 10 acres to grow an orchard. Someday, we'd like to build an in-law suite for our parents.

A good match would be a farmer with land who wants helpful, trustworthy neighbors and is willing to sell some land at a price we can afford. The best possible situation would be someone willing to let us make payments over time if the property doesn't have a home so we can use the funds we have now to build the house. 

We are also experts at physical training, and would make a great match with someone who needs at-home physical therapy or personal training.
