Goals, Values, Vision

Seventh-Nova Farms is a self-sufficient, community-rooted farm inspired by healing, heritage, and nourishment. Named after my granddaughters, the farm will serve as a living legacy — growing organic vegetables, raising chickens for fresh eggs, and becoming a space where people reconnect with nature, wellness, and one another.

Goals:

  • Expand from small-scale gardening into full organic vegetable production
  • Raise chickens for ethical egg production and educational opportunities
  • Sell fresh produce at local farmers markets and donate surplus to food-insecure families
  • Host seasonal spiritual wellness retreats and healing events through my nonprofit, Root to Rise
  • Create and share plant-based content, cookbooks, and online tutorials from the farm

Values:

  • Sustainability, land stewardship, and regenerative practices
  • Community empowerment through food and wellness
  • Accessibility — making healing and healthy food available to everyone
  • Honoring legacy, culture, and connection to the earth

Experience & Skills:

  • Three years of small-scale gardening on a quarter-acre, growing herbs, greens, tomatoes, and other produce
  • Over 15 years in project management — skilled in planning, budgeting, and team coordination
  • Former vegan restaurant owner and chef with deep experience in farm-to-table cooking
  • Nonprofit founder and certified spiritual wellness practitioner (reiki, meditation, sound healing)
