I would like to find land with an existing housing structure with space to build tony homes for extended family. A family homestead is the dream. Currently doing urban farming in the city of flint and building a community garden for our neighborhood for food and community building. Would love to do what I'm doing on a larger , not from scratch, scale.

Goals. To build a multi generational homestead for my family. I spent my childhood doing landscaping with my father in his small business. And gardening with my master gardener mother. I'm now a mother of 4 and grandmother to 1. I'm urban gardening at my small home. And beginning to build a larger community garden with a mott foundation grant! I want to continue to use organic practices and expand my growing to a larger scale. I want to both feed my family and financially grow enough to help support us all.
I've also newly created nonprofit, PlayRoot movement foundation, to bring creative movement and emotional growth to my community. I would like to have a space dedicated to hosting movement and nature workshops for the community.
