Young Michigan family looking to purchase/take over a farmland from a retiring farmer or landowner who wants their property to stay in the hands of a family—not a corporation or developer. We hope to build a long-term homestead where we can raise our children, grow food, care for animals, and teach them the value of hard work and stewardship. We’re a young family looking for the opportunity to purchase or take over a piece of farmland from someone who wants to see their land remain in the hands of a family—not a corporation or developer.

We’re looking to build a long-term homestead where we can raise our children, grow our own food, keep animals, and teach them the value of hard work, self-sufficiency, and caring for the land. We’re not looking for land simply as an investment or development opportunity. We want to make it our home and continue its agricultural purpose for generations to come.

We have a genuine appreciation for farming and the people who have dedicated their lives to working the land. We understand that for many farmers, selling a family farm isn’t simply a business transaction—it’s handing over something that carries decades of work, memories, and meaning.

If you’re a farmer nearing retirement or a landowner who would rather see your property go to a young family who will actually live on it, work it, and care for it, we would love to hear from you.

I am also not new to this, I come from generations of farmers and own farm land in Vojvodina, Serbia. I grew up there where my family still remains and farms as their main income source. Since my dad will be joining my family here in the states in a few years I would love to continue the family business, and have him as the brains of the operation!

Our goal is simple: find the right piece of land and the right family to learn from, so we can build something lasting while honoring what came before us.
