Zeke and Kylie

We are a young married couple based in Southeast Michigan who have always dreamed of building a life away from the city, growing our own food, and raising our future family closer to nature.

While we're just beginning this journey as newly-weds, we understand that purchasing a large property right away is not realistic for us yet. Because of this, we are hoping to either partner with, work, and learn alongside an existing operation, or lease unused/unprofitable acreage to grow something beautiful again. 

In addition to supporting the farm, we have developed a strong business plan for a farm-based event venue, designed to complement the property and generate an additional income stream. We are seeking a lease arrangement based on a percentage of profit with the intention of providing the landowner with a reliable additional income - potentially reaching the 4-5 figure range within the first couple of years - while ensuring the events align with and respect the character of the farm. 

This approach allows us to create meaningful value for the farmer we partner with while we grow toward our long-term dream of owning a family homestead We care deeply about preserving what makes a farm special and contributing to its long-term health, beauty, and productivity. Our goal is to become thoughtful and responsible stewards of the land. 

We are committed to working hard, learning continuously, and caring for the land as if it were our own. More than anything, we are looking for an opportunity to serve, to grow, and to build something lasting alongside someone who values stewardship, family, and the future of their farm.
