We are looking for someone to lease all or part of a currently unused 40 acre parcel. While we want to eventually reach market rates for the lease, we are willing to discount development costs such as clearing from the lease. Furthermore, we are willing to consider the lease being a percent of revenue and/or profit if the lessee has a compelling business plan.
