The total available acreage is approximately 1.5, with approximately 1/2 acre in the front of the property and the other portion to the rear of the property. On the property, there are 3 buildings: one residence and two pole barns (these are not included in the lease). There is room for additional buildings.
The home on the property is currently occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Dobias of Dobias Landscaping. After 55 years in the business, the couple have decided to close shop. While Mr. Dobias hopes to be able to sell a few small trees and plants here and there, he is thrilled at the prospect of having the property potentially used for agricultural/horticultural purposes.
Given that the property has been used as a nursery and tree farm, there is an irrigation system already in place, as well as a lath house. There are three locations where polyhouses were set up previously. The back of the property has had trickle irrigation. In addition, Mr. Dobias would be happy to share his vast knowledge of trees, shrubs and soil with anyone who is interested in continual use of the property for agricultural/horticultural purposes.
