We are hoping to find a farmer who is interested in regenerative farming, sustainable farming, organic farming, and/or greenhouse farming. We do have soil test available as well as water tests that show the water is very clean.

Our property is the former Romeo Golf Course Property. It is untouched with a natural spring on the property. The land has endless growing potential and we have a barn for storage.

The property is vacant land with a barn. We have an easement road for agricultural equipment from 32 mile road to our property. We also have access off of Powell Road. We have a barn and we brush hog the surrounding area around the barn. There is a natural spring on the land and it is perfect for all types of uses.

This property has been the topic of contention due to the interest of Data Centers wanting to purchase the property. We would love to find a use for our property to continue to work with the community's preferences for land usage.
