Vision for the Farm

We have a total of 80 acres and we have started building on the back part off of Grace. We’ve had corn on it for the last 10 years and are wanting to have it transitioned to hay.

Acreage description

We have around 25 acres of field that was corn two years ago.  We opted not to replant in the summer of 2025 due to construction.  Would like to replant the area with hay, east of the driveway is the biggest section and there is a smaller section on the western side of the drive.  In the future we would like to have option of mowing a 15-20-foot-wide section that runs with the driveway on the eastern side.  This will be planted with pines to help with snow drifting.

Description of the property’s current condition, current use(s), and past use(s)

Past was corn for feed.

Lease, Working arrangement with future partner

We are looking for a long-term partner that can keep it in hay and work with us in the future if we need to adjust the planting areas for pines trees.
