Acreage description
Me and my brother own this recreational property and are looking for a farmer that would like to plant crops. We own 39 acres and have two fields one is approximately 4 acres and the other is around 3 acres available for farming. We have access to both fields from two different roads. There is no access to electricity but there is a creek winding through the property.
Description of the property’s current condition, current use(s), and past use(s)
The fields are fallow with a few small cedar, autumn olives etc. I mow with my brush hog 1/3 of the fields each year.
Soil Type(s)
the soil is excellent. Have had no problem growing clover, brassica on micro plots without any additives.
