Vision for the Farm
The land needs livestock and people. Ideal owners would be community minded and open to work with other neighbor farmers, Both owners are older and need to start a transfer of operations, Products are currently marketed direct to consumer through a local co-op, famers markets and by direct on farm sales. The market caters largely to the summer cottage and tourism community May - October, Winter sales are lighter.
This is an opportunity to join or start an operation, develop equity and learn from experienced operators, markets are established, equipment is available to use . A rent or lease to own with option to buy is possible. Also outright purchase of building lot or entirety of farm 1 with the available partnership with farm 2. We are open to ideas.
