This is historical farmland located in acme township between the Traverse City Horse Shows and Turtle Creek Casino. I am looking a farmer or beekeeper to put the rear acreage to use in order to qualify for an agricultural use tax exemption. 

The field has not been plowed in some years so it would take a bit of work to remove some sumac and bush growth, but a fair amount of the field is clear.

Property currently has a small rental near the road (M72) and the rest of the property has not been tilled in many years. It is historically farmland, and is bordering large farms to the north. 

The property has an easement from Arnold Rd to the west and commercial driveway from the east.
