Description:
Seeking an established, expanding, or well-equipped independent farmer to work 26 contiguous acres of productive farmland. The land is being offered exclusively for chemical-free, regenerative, organic, or no-spray agricultural production.
This is a land-only. The incoming tenant must provide all necessary tractors, implements, and machinery to manage and work the acreage independent. We aren't seeking compensation. We want to have a long term relationship with a farmer who tends to the land regularly with regenerative techniques. The crop is theirs to keep.

Accessibility: Excellent, wide road frontage and established farm gate/access paths suited for large transport equipment and tractors.
No outbuildings exist. All equipment must be stored elsewhere.
