We seek a medium- to long-term lease arrangement (5+ years) in which McElmurry Farms provides full-service, professional farming and care of the land on behalf of the landowner. The land is operated using modern equipment, precision agriculture, and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on consistency, reliability, and long-term productivity.
We maintain appropriate soil nutrient levels in accordance with established agronomic standards and provide comprehensive soil sampling reports on a two- to three-year cycle to guide nutrient applications and document land condition over time. All terms are negotiable and structured to reflect landowner goals, land characteristics, and a shared interest in responsible, well-managed farmland.
