Description of the property’s current condition, current use(s), and past use(s)

Robin Hills Farm is a certified organic farm and event venue. The property functions as both a working farm and a wedding/event destination, with agricultural areas integrated into a public facing environment.

The farm is currently in a rebuilding phase of its agricultural programming. While the property has historically supported active farming operations, production has been reduced in recent seasons. The land available for lease is open, usable ground that will require farmer-led preparation prior to planting or stocking.

The property is actively used as:

  • a wedding and private event venue
  • a public event destination (seasonal programming)
  • a restaurant and farm-to-table culinary operation
  • open agricultural land with designated farming sections

Event operations occur throughout the year, with peak activity during wedding season (spring-fall). Farmers operating on the property must be comfortable working within an active event environment and coordinating around scheduled gatherings
