Vision for the Farm

We are desiring to rent out the farmland and or woods as we are not currently using any of the land or property.  We have a home on the property that we may be open to renting as well.  There are two farm buildings, but one needs quite a bit of repair.  We also don’t have water currently to the farmland.  The well pump is broken and hasn’t been used in many years.  A new well needs to be dug, and we would consider doing that with a signed lease.

Past/Current Land Usage

  • Cattle - Beef
  • Hay
  • Poultry - Layers
  • Timber/Forest Land
